Networking is naturally part of my important activity to develop executive search business and identify good candidates. I decided to join EGN with this in mind, but without much expectation as it was just in its infancy stage. I then realized that apart from identifying leads and even finding long-lost friends, I also found a group of business peers I could toss questions and ideas with without much hesitation. Diffent than the usual social get-togethers
EGN is definitely a great platform for business networking, and sets itself apart from the usual social get-togethers that often lack depth in discussions.  It has been a good one year where I have had the opportunity to share knowledge and discuss with fellow executives, pressing issues and latest developments in the business world. Meetings with fellow business peers are rewarding 
I find the networking platform very engaging. Talk with trust and confidentiality
We talk in the group with trust and confidentiality. I think that is extremely important because we need to discuss issues that are touching our way of leading our companies and also gets us to know more about how the different companies are run. Without any kind of confidentiality we wouldn’t touch the nerve, so to speek, in the discussions.

Good to have a professional facilitator
